Account Displaying Incorrect Name / Possible Security Issue?

Sign into my account

Verify Username is correct

Select Manage TV

Select Your Channel Lineup

 

Look at user name at top of page.

 

Is your username correct?

 

So far I've been Dennis and Mylah. 

 

Now I'm back to my correct username.

 

This needs to be looked at ASAP by Comcast.
