Account creation/login error
I set up service for a new address and made an account today but I am unable to login to the website, every time I login it just refreshes the page and does not log me in. The xfinity app states I am not authorized and must be an xfinity user. I have cleared cookies and site data, accessed the site from multiple devices and I get the same thing on all of them. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

Did you receive an email confirmation when setting up your account? If not, it probably wasn't set up. You might want to try again.
