Account Creation and Bill
Hi there. I just finished creating an account and setting up Internet service for my new home. Once I placed the order, though, the page reloads and takes me back to the store page. Now I can't sign in to my account on the website, phone browser, or app. Doing so on the website just makes the page reload and sign me back out, and I get an email that lets me know someone tried to log in to my account. Doing so on the app tells me that I have successfully signed in but cannot access the app because I'm not an XFinity customer. I tried calling the help phone number and all I could do was lookup my account, which it couldn't find with my phone number. None of the traditional troubleshooting has helped. There have been no transactions on my bank account, so no payments have yet been made.
When I tried to restart the purchasing process, it created a new account for me and linked it with my old account since they have the same phone number. I think I have like three different accounts now.
