Account Closed and need reactivation
Hey , could someone please help me with reactivating my Xfinity account plan I had got a new wifi box like weeks ago around feb 4th and weeks later they told me it been canceled even tho i didnt cause i NEED wifi badly and need to reactivate my internet service. Every time I click on anything within the account I get the message "Looks like you can't make changes to this plan. Contact the account owner for details." even though I am the account owner and i even tried to pick a new plan from the website and it wont work at all i didnt even have it for a months ifs been weeks and all this happened and i cant make a new account cause i all ready have the gateway box i just wanna have wifi again like a normal person

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
