Account changes
I cannot make any account changes online. I need to remove 2 services and upgrade one. But it says sorry to contact a representative. So I try to chat with a representative as suggested in the forums. Chat reps aren't available even though its claimed to be 24 hours. I don't have the time to wait on hold for a half hour or more. Seems there would be an easier way to make these changes myself. I know what I need. How can I get these updated?
