Account Change Request Form

Hello,

I need to either change the ownership or transfer ownership of the current Xfinity account, as I have moved out but someone still resides at the address. I have been trying to obtain the account change request form but have been unable to do so and have not been able to reach a live representative by phone.

Could you please let me know the steps to obtain and complete the account change request form?

Hello kchao707, thank you for reaching out in our Xfinity Community forums. The process can be done at a local Xfinity Store if you have one available. You can also call in toe customer care, and they can start the process for you. If you need more help, we are happy to assist you.

Sadly, stores do not have a number. Customer Care is 1-800-266-2278 you can select the option to disconnect and let the agent know what you want to do.  Can I answer any other questions for you?
