Account cancellation if I am not the owner

I am in an endless loop because the account owner is my ex-girl friend, I am only listed as a manager. I have already requested cancellation, submitted an fcc complaint, and disputed payments with my credit card. What else can I do to get this account closed?

Hi there, user_g2gf5m! We are happy to further help with the account. Being a Manager, you can make changes. If you have billing permission as a Manager you can also remove any payment methods you don't want on the account. This shows how to manage stored payment methods
