Accessing contract and legal documentation

As of this time of writing, the xfinity website is broken and will not allow me to see my broadband facts or access my contract or legal documentation. I am writing to request my contract and legal documentation sent to the email of this account.

user_r0c28r Thank you for letting us know you are having issues accessing these pages. I was able to test the Broadband Facts page. Could you tell me if you are getting any error messages or a little more about what is going on when you try to view them?

The only thing I saw on the page was that I had 300 mbps and there was error showing the broadband facts. Also with regards to the contract and legal documents I wanted to view, I keep getting signed out of my account.

@user_r0c28r, Please check out Finding your legal agreements and contract in your account for further help with this. Then please try the Broadband Labels as we dont see any issues with it on our side.

@user_r0c28r same issue here. and its been like this for months with no solution. its like they dont want us to see our contracts which will keep us in the dark when prices go up and auto renew without us even realizing it. Pretty shady and this seems to be an issue for many customers.

@user_bfe155 I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution so you can access your service plan term agreement. Have you by any chance tried using a different device? How about clearing your cache and cookies before trying to access the link my colleague shared?
