accessing account info

Yesterday I created an account and ordered an internet package. I went through the email verification and id creation process, but am not sure if the order completed. Now when I try sign in I keep getting error messages and am not able to view any details of my account/order. I cleared the cache and tried different browsers but keep getting error messages.

Please help me fix this issue. I have no idea if the original order even went through. thanks
