Access to old Comcast email

Hello, is it possible to get access into my old Comcast email account? I only ever used it for the email had no service attached to it, and whenever I try to reset it I keep getting "connect to your Wi-Fi", despite already being connected.

Hi thee, @user_l09ps1! Thanks for your reaching out about accessing your Comcast email account. When was the last time you successfully signed in to the email box on our website or using a 3rd party email application? I ask because email boxes are deactivated after 24 months of inactivity. You can see more here, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-activity.

Not sure when I was last able to sign in directly, probably longer but I have been able to use the email to sign in to Microsoft due to saved sign in.

You can attempt to reset the password following the steps at Xfinity.com/password. But if you are in fact locked out due to inactivity you will need to contact our Customer Security Assurance team. You can request to speak to them through our main customer service number 1-800-934-6489.
