Access Not Authorized

Hello!

I have moved into a new home and would like to get internet going. I have all the equipment and was told to go on the app to set everything up, easy. On the app, after entering my credentials, I get the following error message: “Access not authorized,” followed by “You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service.” On the website it’s just an endless loop of entering credentials and not legitimately being signed in. Is this happening because I’m not yet using the plan or did something get messed up with my account? I would like to get our family online so that we can get our work done. Thanks.

And anytime I do try to login to the website or the app, it will show that I am logged in and then immediately log back out. If I am quick enough to be able to click account and identity it just says "something unexpected happened."

Hello @user_d86rhk. Did you already set up a plan at your address? Also, did you set up your Xfinity ID?
