Access not authorized

When I try to sign in on the website or app, it says access not authorized and that I must be a user to enjoy this service.

@user_j6m8hm Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you are running into an error trying to log into the app as well as our website. This definitely isn't the experience we want for our valued customers. Just to clarify, were you able to previously log in? Or are you a new customer trying to access your self-service options via our amazing Xfinity app?

@XfinityBillie​ I am a new customer. I was trying to sign into my new account on the xfinity website. That didn't work so I decided to download the app and go from there. That's when I got the "access not authorized" message. I had already set up a plan and needed to receive the equipment.
