Access Not Authorized

Good Morning, 

I am a new customer with Xfinity and recently created my Xfinity Account but am unable to sign into the Mobile and Online Platform.  

After Signing into the Mobile App, I am met with an "Access not Authorized" screen

When signing in online, it just looks to keep refreshing and never signing me in.

I've heard others have had this same issue and ended up having to open a ticket, let me know what needs to be done.

Just to verify, are you unable to log into the Xfinity Mobile app, or the Xfinity app (for your core services), or both?

Both actually, the only site I am able to log into is this forum site.
