Access not Authorized You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service.

I get this error every time I try to log into the Xfinity app.

I would like for you to check your XFINITY username and verify the username you're logging in with is the same one we have on file for you. I have a link from our awesome Help and Support page https://www.xfinity.com/support/ where you can find tons of tips, troubleshooting articles and more for our products and services. 

I recommend following the steps in this link xfinity.com/username.
