"Access not Authorized You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service"

I tried signing up for an Xfinity account and an internet plan, but there was never confirmation that my order had been confirmed. 

And now whenever I try to sign in to my account, it kicks me out with this error message. 

I have been charged a $1 fee to my bank account and can post on the forum, but apparently, my account does not exist?

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign in" if necessary

-Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears, and the "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line

-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

-Press Enter to send it
