“Access not authorized” when new customer logging in

Just received my internet box/wifi. Tried logging in, I keep getting the “access not authorized” screen when logging in. I can’t get any customer support help when I call, and the phone call goes into a giant loop when telling me it will connect me to a live agent. Really need some assistance.

Sorry for the inconvenience of not being able to log in to the Xfinity App and connect your service. To clarify and appropriately assist is this regular residential internet service or our NOW internet service you are attempting to activate?
