“Access Not Authorized” Error
After attempting to open the Xfinity app I was redirected to a page that requested I update my password. After doing so I attempted to log in only to be redirected to an error page that read: “Access Not Authorized”. I’ve tried changing the password again and have had no luck. When I attempt to log into the website I am automatically logged out. I’m not sure what to do.
