Access Denied ????

When I try to go to My Xfinity or Change My Plan I get a page that says "Access Denied"  "You don't have permission to access this page". All other sites work fine. Is there something I can do to correct this problem. Thanks

Are you sure you're signed in as the Primary User?

To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup
 
Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.

@Again​  I went through the steps and verified my phone and street address and me as the primary user. It asked me to login and when I entered the information I got the "Access Denied" page again. I have also restarted my router. Only happening on the Xfinity page. Help

Let me see if I can find anything wrong on the back end for the user ID that may be causing the problem for you.

@XfinityEricB​ I have sent the information requested on a PM. From the Xfinity Home Page My.Xfinity.com I tried to log out but when I hit log out it goes to the access denied screen again. Thanks

@Terry0327​ I've been getting the same thing and haven't seen any solutions yet. One thing that worked for me was to click on the assistant (chat). The assistant is mostly useless, but for paying the bill it was helpful and payment went through.
