Access denied on xfinity login

I noticed recently that I am unable to login to my account anytime I am on my home network. I can login utilizing a VPN or by switching my phone to 5G instead of wifi. I am under the impression my IP has somehow been blocked or flagged but I cant seem to get phone support to help. I also already reset my password, as well as power cycled my gateway many times to no avail. I did have speed issues that were fixed with a new gateway, has anyone had success fixing this or can point me in the right direction.

Thanks for stopping by our community forums to reach out, Sarsius! It's definitely odd that you're unable to log into your account specifically when connected to your home network. To confirm, are you having problems logging on other devices as well?
