Access denied on xfinity login
I noticed recently that I am unable to login to my account anytime I am on my home network. I can login utilizing a VPN or by switching my phone to 5G instead of wifi. I am under the impression my IP has somehow been blocked or flagged but I cant seem to get phone support to help. I also already reset my password, as well as power cycled my gateway many times to no avail. I did have speed issues that were fixed with a new gateway, has anyone had success fixing this or can point me in the right direction.
