able to log in but cannot access anything for my account at all

i recently opened an account and ordered internet service, when i log in, i am able to log in successfully but cannot view any screens related to my account. I either get infinite loops asking me to sign in or get stuck on the loading screen with the dots. I tried logging in via the app and i was told upon login that i was not authorized to log in.
I would like this straightened out so i am able to activate and manage my service next week when i turn it on.

Currently unable to manage anything or even see if my request for service for internet even went through, i did get a confirmation email but again i cannot view anything when i log in.

Thank you
