2 weeks in a row where I cannot access member benefits due to this error. Doesn't work on Chrome (tried on incognito mode too), Edge, or cellphone (on wifi or cellular network). It's works for some customers as rewards show all gone status. Is the Xfinity assistant running your IT department?

Add me to the list of people getting this error accessing Rewards after trying switching to multiple browsers, incognito mode, the app, and wifi/cellular with no success.

I also have not been able to redeem rewards (or sometimes even view them) for multiple weeks. Xfinity app, Chrome, Firefox, incognito mode, wifi, mobile data, nothing changes it. It's clearly an issue with the Xfinity site or something in a lot of users' accounts that it is barfing on.

Same error here. Is XFinity even going to fix it?

Try this workaround Xfinity posted. It worked for me.
Go to https://customer.xfinity.com/membership/history
Click on the "< Back" link.
The try to redeem.

I'm now getting this message too. I have cleared the cache. I've logged out and back in and tried both the app and the website. I can view redeemed benefits but not the new ones.

It's terrible that this has been a problem for more than a week now. Considering numerous people began experiencing this at the same time, and across multiple browsers and devices, it has to be an issue with the Xfinity website, not all the customers. Clearing a cache or using private mode on a browser doesn't help anyone, does it? This should have been fixed by now. Unfortunately, this is the second time this year where Xfinity has let me down. The first was when my service was knocked out by a company installing another service to my neighbor in June, and it took 16 days to get a temporary line outside. That's more than two weeks without Internet, where I couldn't work a second job and lost money for other reasons too, and Xfinity's customer service didn't seem to care (I got a $40 credit). You need to make more of an effort to help your customers.
