Throwing my name into the hat as well with the same issues for the past few days. And yes Xfinity, we have all tried the troubleshooting steps. It's not on our side. We missed out on the rewards yesterday due to this.

Trying to redeem diamond member rewards since yesterday around 11am. Keep getting error "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')."
We have tried everything. Mobile app (cleared cache and data, logged in and out, wifi and data, and checked for updates), PC chrome and edge browsers, cleared cache and cookies, incognito/private mode, log out and back in on 2 different PCs.
In each case we can see some individual rewards but we always get the error when clicking "redeem" or "see details" or "see all benefits"
Can anyone help?
