58 Residential accounts for non-profit

The Arc, Ocean County Chapter provides support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our group homes and apartments have a total of 58 Xfinity accounts. Many of these accounts were opened by people who are now retired or no longer employed with the organizations. There is no way to know who's name is connected as the authorized person of the account. On top of that, some of our accounts were opened before an email or mobile number was necessary to be added.

We need to be able to easily sign into all of our Xfinity accounts.

How can I add a mobile number or email when the representatives will only speak with an authorized user?

Please help.

Hi there, @The-Arc_393 Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to reach out to us. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, I definitely understand the issue that you are facing. If the account is under a different name, they will still be listed as the primary account holder which would prevent anyone whose name is not on the account from making changes which would include adding another contact name and telephone.-Richard

I'm aware of that Richard. I don't want to be rude but this response is entirely unhelpful. I'm really not sure why you took the time to respond. All I get from Xfinity is false sympathy and no helpful suggestions.

Thank you for reaching back out, @The-Arc_393 I do apologize, there are no suggestions that we are able to provide if the account is under a different name, I would definitely assist you and get your concerns addressed but unfortunately in this case for account security our hands our tied even if the account is under different names that have since retired or no longer work there.-Richard
