2 addresses on my account

My account is showing I have service at 2 addresses. How can I remove the other address from my account

No I did not move. The other account was randomly added.

No that’s not my account, and I did not start new service at my residence. It’s listed in a different state I’ve never lived in

The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance. You can contact them calling CSA directly at Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329 @knightrap .
