speak to a human about changing my autopay credit card

Since your website has been experiencing issues and cannot update or change credit cards, I need to speak to a human about updating the card that is on file.  Can someone assist me?

Thank you for reaching out about your payment concerns. Can you share more about the issues you are experiencing on the website? 

 

You can also set this up on the Xfinity app: 

  1. Sign in to the app, which will open on the Overview tab.
  2. Tap Manage Billing.
  3. Select Bill settings under Total balance.
  4. Tap the Autopay box. It shows On
  5. Note: You may be prompted to sign in to your account.
  6. Tap Manage Autopay.
  7. From this screen you can turn off automatic payments or update your payment method.

To update your payment preferences:

  1. Follow the initial steps.
  2. Tap Update Payment Method.
  3. You can select an existing payment method or set up your automatic payment using a new payment method.
  4. After selecting or entering your payment method and agreeing to the Automatic Payments Terms & Conditions, tap Set up.
    • If you select New bank account or New credit/debit card, you’ll need to confirm your identity by entering a six-digit code sent to a trusted contact method before proceeding.
  5. You'll receive a confirmation message.
