I can no longer manage rules in automation. I can’t delete a rule or add a rule. I’m using the app for IOS.

Hello, @user_9d59da, I'm sorry you can't manage your rules in the app. I know this is important and we need to fix this so you can use your Xfinity Home service properly. When you have a chance send us a peer to peer message with your name and service address so we can locate your account and help. If you click on the chat icon in the right corner send your message to "Xfinity Support."

When are we going to be getting new rules?  We have been promised them for several years now.  Don't blame COVID as this should not have had any impact on tech team and inovation.
