JUST SAY NO!

I'll make this short quick until the point I will never ever in life recommend Internet essentials to anyone simply because they are liars and they mislead you into contracts that you let her find out you can't get out of until a year later. Long story short I initially and only signed up for the Internet essentials amnesty program Services Internet only I physically went into the Xfinity store to pick up my internet kit to take home for setup before I left the store I was hounded by an employee overselling me the Now TV streaming service at the time my dad lived with me and I figured it was something that could benefit him as well so I went on ahead and signed up for the TV service only under the pretense of being told that I could remove this TV service at any time that I chose I was not obligated to keep it is what the employee Xfinity store told me I went on ahead and signed up for the service because of that fast forward a month later my dad moves out and it's just me at home I never ever once used the streaming service, nor signed up or open any of the apps that was included I didn't use it a month ago and I'm not going to use it now I called to have this TV service removed but keep my internet and they're telling me that I'm unable to do so because it's in the amnesty program partially I understand that but what I get conflicted is why lie to me and tell me that I could remove something later when you knew in the beginning that I could never remove it now I'm being railroaded and backed up against the wall and forced into keeping a service that I never use and will never use I feel lied to manipulated this is wrong this is file and I will never ever recommend this service to another person simply because this company does not move off principal they had me sign up for something that I could never get out of for the next year but lie to my face up front telling me that I could that's manipulative and that is not proper business I am not letting this go I'm going over one's head and I'm going to see that this never happens to another person again do business correctly do right by people or you will lose this business and this company name will cease to exist the people makes the company and when you screw over people you're screwing over the company which is ultimately yourself. I have been put through the ringer talked to multiple people over the phone from Xfinity they sent me to the Xfinity store the Xfinity store sent me back on the phone with Internet essentials and they just continue to send me in the circle around and around they know what they're doing and so do I and this I will be the last person that they do it too do not get this service if you want to make any changes because you will be locked in and they will never tell you that until you want to get rid of the service it's [Edited: Profanity]!!
