Can't remove rule(s)

Cannot remove rules, if I remove rule, it reappears when opening app again.

Same with turning off rule. Turns back on.

I've done the following:

Cleared cache

Restarted phone

Uninstalled and reinstalled app

Responses

Oldest First

Selected Oldest First

Can you please elaborate a little more as exactly what rule you're trying to remove? Also, what application are you referring to?
