Adding a user with Viewer Role - What does this role allow regarding security cameras

user_czt4rk Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to our Community Forums Team. A Viewer would not have access to Xfinity Home devices and settings. Here are the things they would have access to. Do you need them to have access to the security cameras?  

 

 

-Access your account, Xfinity Email and Xfinity Voicemail for your user credentials
-Access Xfinity Stream and TV everywhere (with TV service)
-Basic troubleshooting
-Returning equipment to Xfinity Retail Store
