You owe me money and i cant talk to anyone because i no longer have service and when i call it asks for an account number or phone attached to the account which i have neither of since i am no longer a customer.

@user_raq4sj When you call, ignore the prompts, depending on what it is asking, it will get you to an agent. It might ask for your last 4 digits of card on file, or other questions. Just respond I don't know it. Or you could say new service to get to an agent.
