XM free line for a year- scam
Signed up for XM with 4 lines in November and the store employees here in MI promised me that I qualify for the free line for a year because I haven't had service with XM in over a year. But they could not add the promotion. They said, just call, they will add it for. I should have known. Several chats and calls later I get people telling me I do not qualify because I had service in the past with XM, even though I disconnected that service over a year ago. So what is it then XM, are we lying to make up sales and then making customers go crazy trying to figure out what is what.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
