XM free line for a year- scam
Signed up for XM with 4 lines in November and the store employees here in MI promised me that I qualify for the free line for a year because I haven't had service with XM in over a year. But they could not add the promotion. They said, just call, they will add it for. I should have known. Several chats and calls later I get people telling me I do not qualify because I had service in the past with XM, even though I disconnected that service over a year ago. So what is it then XM, are we lying to make up sales and then making customers go crazy trying to figure out what is what.

I was on the phone with a girl for like 4 hours just trying to get my Xfinity Essential internet to work. We have 4 coax cables at this resident i just moved to all xfinity but I had to do this long automated service to see if they coax would work it was like an hour long then the whole time I was chatting she was trying to upgrade me and it was through text messaging and she kept saying over and over and over stay in this chat it will close in 1 minute if yoy dont respond. I kept asking about my service have they found the problem it was always at some percent like 49% then she would immediately message and ask me how many lines will I use and asked a couple times because I guess I wasnt answering her questions. Then I just got fed up and said yeah I upgrade dang and again thats all she was worried about getting the mobile line on because it wasnt working so she put me in for a call back for another representative just to push something through so I had to talk to two different people two different ways. The one on the text said she found the problem with my internet and was fixing it and the lady and the phone had to be the one to tell me I needed assistance at my house. Which I figured.
The lady through text wanted me to get on my Comcast email (which I didnt make she much have or some system did and I didnt know) well my email wouldnt work so I can get through with the free mobile line for a year. The woman on the phone was trying to help because the email would not work then she told me to end the chat with the lady because it was just getting so confusing. Oh why did I tell the chat lady that you could tell she got mad. Asking why she told me that and all kinds of things. All while constantly asking has where am I at with my email so she can get the mobile line working. The lady through the text was only worried about getting a sale and you can tell that was well known. If only ya'll could read the text. 🤦♀️
