XM 25 fee

I just realized I am paying this 25 dollar fee on each phone. Because I do not have other services. So we pay 80 for 2 lines then 50 more more for XM. We switched from TMobile think the cell phones would get great connections but they don't we usually get a few bars and we are in Houston. Rarely get 5 g. Regardless TMobile doesn't charge additional 50 fee for 2 lines. So adios Xfinity. I think there is going to be a Clas action suit for thos XM fees. Reps let your company know these fees are not competitve.

@Sepharim You are correct about the fees. If you don't have Xfinity internet, or any other services, the fee structure changes. Were you previously a customer and cancelled service or moved? This is clearly stated here;

@Sepharim the fee may be high but this policy is clear to most customers. The Xfinity Mobile home page advertising their plans includes banners stating things like, "Get the best price for 2 Unlimited lines
Plus nationwide 5G included at no extra cost. Exclusively for Xfinity Internet customers." You may well be better off with another provider, but I do not see any deceptive practice or any basis for a class-action lawsuit. Good luck with your plan.

Hey there, @Sepharim. The line access fee of $25 is assessed to customers who do not have Xfinity Internet service. If you've removed your Xfinity Internet service and kept your Xfinity Mobile service, you would see that fee per line. To remove that fee you would need to link your Xfinity Mobile service to an active Xfinity Internet account in your name.

I was shocked that this month I had to pay those xm only fees. I have 3 lines so I paid 75 bucks extra
