Xfninty NOW Mobile, a nightmare

I been dealing with a nightmare with these people. My lines are paused and when i sign in to try and restart or pay my bill it doesnt let me. 

people in the chat from india are clueless they keep transferring me to different people

went to the store twice and noone can help

i just wanna take my lines else where and i cant get my transfer pin. 

what do i do?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
