Xfinitymobile blocks you from turning off 5g
Recently, I switched from Verizon to xfinity mobile. When i was on my Verizon network I had the option to turn off 5g service (saves on battery life and 4g is better connection). After switching to xfinity mobile they block out that option!! After contacting xfinity they said they are transferring me to an advance tech, but ended up transferring me to an insurance company!! Wow, xfinity customer services [Edited: Language] and limits your capabilities
