Xfinity voice Wifi calling drops and cuts out and I know it's the Xfinity Network!

For the month and a half we have had service, the wifi calling has been awful.  It cuts out, disconnects, and is pretty much unusable.  I know it is the service and not my phone or internet connection.

I happen to have a another Iphone on the ATT network on Wifi calling that works fine and has worked fine for years with multiple models!  Same network, router, everything.  The phones can be right next to each other and I will literally have people call me back on the ATT phone because the service is so bad on XFinity.  The property that I am at most times does not have XFinity internet, it is another provider but ATT doesn't have any issues with it.

I have an IPhone 12 on the Xfinity Mobile service, verified that it shows Xfinity Mobile (with the wifi signal).  Same for my other ATT phone verifying that it is on ATT Wifi

I live in an area where either service gets 1 bar in the house so WiFi calling is necessary.

Looking for answers and the technical support people tell me to "reset my network" on the phone which doesn't solve anything.  I live in Boulder Co if you are looking for IP to voice switch translation area.

The only way to be sure Wi-Fi Calling is working is if you see the “Wi-Fi” label following your carrier's name in the upper-left corner of an iPhone screen. That's “Wi-Fi” as a text label, not to be confused with the Wi-Fi signal-strength meter that appears in iOS.

Should show XM Wi-Fi instead of Xfinity Mobile.

I'm sure.  In the control center on Iphone it says Xfinity Mobile with the WiFi symbol.  If I turn Wifi off it switched to Xfinity Mobile 5G.

What does it say when you enable airplane mode?

Nothing because airplane mode turns off cellular and wifi, if you mean turn off cellular? it is the same "Xfinity Mobile" with the WiFi symbol as in the original post.  It flops sometimes to "XM Wi-Fi" with the wifi symbol after it.

Apparently at your location you get just enough signal that XM prioritizes cellular but then doesn’t handoff to XM Wi-Fi when it loses that signal. No good options but try the following when at your location:

1.) Turn off cellular

2.) Turn off 5G

3.) Move to Vail

Apple just released iOS 15.1.1 to fix some call drop issues for iPhone 12 and 13 models!

Same problem here, calls cut out and come back randomly. Horrible, horrible lack of concern from Xfinity when I tried to get help.
