Xfinity visa cards never received.

I transferred two phone lines from Verizon to Xfinity and was promised a $200 Visa card per line. I never received them. I’ve called five separate times, and each time I’m told they’ll be sent out, but nothing ever shows up.
Has anyone else dealt with this or found a way to actually get it resolved? Thanks in advance.
