Xfinity Trade-in Credit
After sending my phone in for a trade-in before the deadline to do so the trade-in offer no longer shows up under my the phone number. There’s also no reference to a potential credit anywhere on the line. I am still within my trade-in deadline, but it appears the system is not even showing a potential trade-in against this line. Is there a way to confirm the line/phone is still trade-in eligible?
As an aside, I have a pending trade-in on another line on my account and I am able to view the trade-in details.

Hello @user_ca91cb, and thanks for reaching out to us with your trade in concern. I would be happy to put in a request to look into what is going on with your trade in for you.
Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
