Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to dispute the continued billing of mobile number 202525XXXX, which I requested to be canceled on January 31.
On January 31, before permanently leaving the United States and returning to my home country, I contacted your call center and requested the cancellation of all three of my mobile numbers associated with my account. Two of the numbers were successfully deactivated, but for reasons that remain unclear, mobile number 202525XXXX was not deactivated. As a result, I have continued to receive charges for a service that I have not used since leaving the US.
In addition, I contacted Xfinity customer service again last month regarding this issue. During that call, I was informed that the matter would be resolved. However, despite this assurance, I continue to receive reminders and notifications demanding payment of the outstanding balance. This is extremely frustrating, as I have repeatedly informed Xfinity that I no longer use this number and had already requested its cancellation months ago.
I would appreciate your assistance in addressing why mobile number was not deactivated following my cancellation request and review the charges billed as the service has not been used and cancellation was requested months ago.
I would be grateful for a prompt resolution, as I have been billed continuously despite having requested cancellation, no longer residing in the United States, and having followed up multiple times with your customer service team.
