xfinity support

I need to talk to a human being!!! We are fed up with trying to speak to someone, all I get is AI and I explain and I explain, all for nothing.  Is there a valid email address??? I found one and I typed everything out as to the issue only to receive an email that it was an in box that's not monitored. So I tried texting the info, I typed it all in again. Then I was redirected to another site where I had to explain again to no avail. We have our mobile phones, land line, cable tv and wifi all through xfinity. But, this may be the last straw. It used to be so easy to reach a human being and get quality service. Someone needs to reach out to me.
