Xfinity support

Why am I being punished for y'all not servicing my new home? I've had Xfinity Wi-Fi with mobile for 3 years. I've recently have had to move and was informed by y'all that my new area isn't serviceable. It's not a rural area... Now I'm going to be charged an additional $25 per phone line because I don't have this service that y'all could not provide. After being a loyal customer for so long how is this right. If nothing is changed I'll just have to drop Xfinity altogether.

Thanks for reaching out to us, This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-service-cancellation-details has great information on what you can expect if you move to a new address that doesn't service for Xfinity.

Part of the benefit of having your residential services with Xfinity is if you sign up for the mobile service you're not charged the $25 access line fee, if you go view your last 12 months of billing statements https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill you will see that information listed on your detailed billing statement
