Xfinity support

My Xfinity mobile reward card was declined.  I am trying to use it before it expires.  I was not able to see if there was a balance left on it.   It is in Michael [Edited: "Personal Information"] name

@user_87bed6 Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. Viewing your Visa Prepaid card activity online is simple:

  1. Visit the website that's printed on the back of your card: mycardintel.com/xfinity.
  2. Enter your Visa Prepaid card number and CVV number (three-digit number found on the back of the card immediately following the signature block).
  3. Click Card Activity on the left-hand side of the screen. Your card activity will be listed.
