xfinity support [Edited: Personal Information]
Hi Team,
Its been more than week multiple hours long calls with more than 3 hrs, literally paining and every call I have been told that, I will get the call back once the promotion is updated.
But none has responded in the given time they said in the calls. Really I am feeling bad going with xfinity.
Every agent I had either chatted or called confirmed, the promotion is done need not worry but still my account is not reflected.
Tell me what should I do as next step.
