Xfinity Sucks! LOL

I chatted with someone back in september about getting a new phone for my husband. after speaking with someone they told us we were eligible for two phone upgrades with the new iPhone promo - all we had to do was open two new lines but we could keep our same numbers and just deactivate our old lines later on. Sounds simple? Yeah, no... We went our trade in phones immediately, have received approval emails of the trade in and yet my account still hasn't been credited and I'm paying for 4 lines even after deactivating the other two. Ive been contacting support 2-3 times WEEKLY for over a month now and nothing has been changed or fixed. Theres been requests sent and no changes, I've been transferred on the phones to multiple departments to try and fix this and there's no communication between the transfers so I'm stuck telling my story all over again...

I always enjoyed xfinity but I'm seriously on the verge of cancelling because I'm so darn tired of paying for things I shouldn't be and talking to basically every single employee without a fix.
