Xfinity still hasn’t applied my iPhone trade-in credit after a year
Hi, I’m writing to share my extremely frustrating experience with Xfinity’s trade-in program.
In September 2024, I traded in two iPhones under an Xfinity Mobile promotion to upgrade to new devices. According to Xfinity’s own records, both of my old phones were received in October 2024 and were in good condition, meaning I should have received the promised trade-in credits. However, it’s now October 2025, and I still haven’t received the credits.
For the past year, I’ve been contacting live agents almost every month, and I’ve also called customer service multiple times. Every representative I’ve spoken to has confirmed that Xfinity received my trade-ins successfully — yet no one has been able to resolve the issue or apply the credit to my account.
This has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I’ve done everything correctly on my end, but Xfinity has continuously failed to fulfill its part of the promotion. I would really appreciate if someone from Xfinity could finally review my case and help apply the credits I’m owed.
