Xfinity Reward code for $300 for Apple Watch not being honored

I have received a Xfinity Rewards code for $300 off for Apple Watch series 9, valid until 10/13 (I have screenshot). When I tired to use it , it says code is invalid / expired. Even though today is 10/13. I tried to talk to a comcast agent , asked for help . They asked me connect and chat with online chat. They initially said it works but finally said , it will not work.
Very disappointed that Comcast is not honoring their own code , for Long term customers.
