Xfinity refuses to issue my refund

Xfinity has been charging me for a phone line that was never active, a total of $480. In addition, for 2 years, I was overpaying $20 on my current line. Angel, the agent I spoke to on March 24th requested a refund from her financial team. I was promised a refund in full within ten business days. I would also receive an email and phone call a few days after the conversation with Angel but none of that ever happened. I have contacted support multiple times thereafter. On April 28th, Xfinity deposited $160 on my bank account but I never received the rest of my payment. And I never received a refund for my current line.

Hello @user_yrz1oq I am sorry to hear about your experience with Xfinity Mobile. I know if I was in your shoes I'd be pretty annoyed paying for service that wasn't active.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
