xfinity promotion- $300 visa reward card for new internet and mobile customer

I'm trying to confirmation regarding a $300 visa card I should be eligible for from the Hello 2022 sale. I was a new customer and signed up for service on 12/21. However, I didn't activate the internet for a few days due to an issue with the previous customer at the address still having service. On 12/22 I saw the Hello 2022 promotion where new internet customers would receive $300 visa card if they sign up for mobile as well. Before I activated the internet I confirmed with xfinity via chat that I would be eligible for the $300 since I didnt activate the internet. If I wasnt eligible I would have cancelled and just re-signed up since it wasnt activated. On 12/22 the agent confirmed I would be eligible for the visa gift card. However, it's still not showing in the incentive tracker. I saved the chat that confirmed eligibility, incase something like this happened. 

I have spoken to a few xfinity agents since I signed up and stated the $300 card would be added to the account manually, but it is still not showing. I need to confirm I will be receiving this and would like to know how I can get a copy via email.

Hello @Jas4093. I would love to look into your rewards with you. Let's get your account pulled up. Please send me a direct message with your first and last name, along with your complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.   

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the direct message icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send your message

I still have not received my $300 gift card for upgrading to an iPhone 13 pro max. I have tried calling multiple times and only got through once. I was given a ticket number and was told I would receive a call in 5-7 days. It’s been over a week and I still have not heard from them. Tried the online chat and got disconnected. Pretty annoyed  with Xfinity, seems like more a scam. Has anyone had any luck in getting their $300 gift cards?

Please keep in mind that if it is a promotional offer that was provided via Xfinity Mobile, you may need to contact their customer service as they have a specialized system and requires a customer to call for assistance.

I got a mobile line And we’re supposed to get a $300 gift card sent to me in the mail and never received it either. This is looking more and more like a class action lawsuit.

I have the same issue.  I built a new home and was promised a $300 gift card back in December 2021.  I contacted xfinity about it a couple of weeks ago and was given a ticket number #53906669 when and told I would be contacted in 10 days.  It seems like there are many with the same issue trying to get their $300 gift card.  Was this a fake promotion to lure you in and never pay?

@user_c2b05b​ Have you tried calling back to check the status of your gift card? 

I tried calling back a couple days ago and was told by a Representative from Xfinity to call back in 14 days. Not sure why she asked me to do that since I had her on the phone already. Has anyone here gotten their $300 gift card from Xfinity?

Hello! I was promised back in November that if I were to sign up for internet and mobile I would receive $300, and if I brought my own phone I would receive $200 on top of that. I did receive the $200 but I havent received the 300. I've talked to multiple agents that say they will make a ticket but I dont ever get any calls back or emails, or any indication of when I will be receiving the 300 dollar prepaid card.

The promotion said if you sign up for internet AND xfinity mobile within 90 days of getting internet, I will receive 300 dollar promotion. It was the first thing I saw on the website for internet so I’m not sure. This was back on November 2021

The $300 gift card is a myth ... I've called over and over and most agents don't even know what your talking about regarding it ...even though it's in the contract ...I think this should be a false advertising lawsuit and we should hold Xfinity accountable and switch providers because we pay too much to be put off on our promotion

Dont call. look it up yourself. just go to xfinityincentivetracker.com enter your phone number and zip code and it will tell you the status of your incentive

@user_482455​ even if u look it up ..what if it's not here twice after u looked it up for a whole month ... We shouldn't have to search for our own incentive ... Xfinity needs to be held accountable

Yes and No. When you call, call xfinity mobile. Next provide the time and date of your contract and said promotion. Now here is the No part. Just because you sign up for a promotion does not mean you get it. What I mean is this. You have 30 days to transfer and port your Cellphone number to xfinity on almost all Promo's. If you do not port within 30 days then you failed to meet the requirements of the promotion and will not get it. Accountability goes both ways. I say this because sometimes people fail to follow up and do whats required for promotions. I know of the promotion you speak of. It required that you obtain your prior carriers Account number and Transfer pin and complete the Transfer within 30 days of signing of contract/promotion. It also required you to sign up for Unlimited Cell plan which only costs $45. If you signed up for say By the Gig which is just $15 a month then you did not meet the qualifications of the promotion and they wont give it to you. Now if you signed up for the unlimited cell phone plan, Ported your number within the 30 days then they can and will honor the promotion. Dont call the reqular Xfinity customer service line call the xfinity mobile line. They can see your account promotions and are best suited to help with promotions.

Same here, Xfinity is giving us the run around after months, which sounds like false advertising.  Maybe consider reporting this to consumer protection agencies.
