Xfinity promised deals and are not honoring

On a recorded line, on 7/26, this is what ur agent sold us:
- if we traded in our 4 iPhones, we would get 4 free iPhone 16s (we traded in 3 iPhone 14s and 1 iPhone 13, all of which have been returned, accepted and deemed good)
- we brought 6 lines, and if we setup 3 premium lines we would get 3 unlimited lines for free for 12 mos
- we would be eligible for 4 - $100 gift cards
We have had multiple calls with Xfinity who keeps escalating our case but nothing has been done.  Our bill is currently much more than it was with T-Mobile, so we would have never switched without all the promises of deals.  Should we turn this in to the FTC and FCC?  This feels like a bait and switch.
